Suzanne Miller is an Assistant Director of Admissions at SUNY Geneseo, located in the Finger Lakes region of Western New York in the Genesee River Valley. SUNY Geneseo is known for its exceptional faculty, engaged students, and strong sense of community. As a regional admissions officer, Suzanne lives in Suffolk County, recruits students in both Nassau and Suffolk counties, and evaluates thousands of applications yearly. She travels to nearly all high schools throughout Long Island, attending college fairs and high school visits and presenting to students and faculty on various topics relating to the college application process. Suzanne has been the keynote speaker for parent/guardian nights at many Long Island high schools.

Suzanne has been in the world of college admissions since 1992. Her career began in the Undergraduate Admissions Office at The George Washington University in Washington, DC, where she served as an Assistant Director until 2001. In 2006, she began helping families navigate the complicated college search and application process as a private college admissions advisor. Suzanne also served as a school counselor in several private schools on Long Island before joining the admissions staff at SUNY Geneseo in 2018.

Suzanne is a New York State Certified School Counselor. She has a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University and a Master's Degree in School Counseling from Long Island University. She has been a member of WSCA for many years and has served on the Executive Council since 2021.
